Many of us forget that basics such as healthy habits can drastically change the way you feel, and reduce your chances of developing anxiety or depression, or even having a breakdown. In this episode, Beth shares her favorite advice on the habits that most impact mental health, including her “SPENDS acronym”. She poses questions to the listeners about sleep, exercise, nutrition, social connection, sense of purpose and productivity, and down time. She shares examples and stories to illustrate the importance of each category.
