Many people with Attention Deficit Disorder become overwhelmed and paralyzed because they overestimate tasks and underestimate themselves. Common struggles include unrealistic expectations (like perfectionistic, thinking, or all or nothing thinking,) and trouble prioritizing and breaking tasks down into steps.
