Last week We put out a podcast on the 5 things I recommend to people starting a weight loss journey or healthy lifestyle. In that show we talked about removing processed packaged foods and inflammatory foods. So i decided we should do an entire show just on that.
These 4 foods work in combination to raise CRP (in bloodwork) which is a marker of systemic inflammation in the blood. Removing these foods most people will lose water weight, body fat, digestive distress, and depression and anxiety.
If you don't know and you haven't tried it, how can you poo poo it? If you remove these foods and after 30 days you enter them back in with no issues....... Good for you! However, that has not hapened in even one person I have ever worked with or coached. Everyone has had at least a slight intolerance to one of (or all) of these foods. -
