In today's episode, Ben speaks with the Head of Nutrition for Precision Nutrition, Brian St Pierre. Brian holds a master's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Maine.

St. Pierre is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN). In this conversation, the two cover the foundational principles in nutrition, REDs in sports, tracking vs self-regulation, and nutrient timing. In addition, Brian and Ben discuss the approach of outcome-based decision making and the need for individualisation when it comes to nutrition.
