As human's we are inherently myopic or short-sighted and looking far into the future is what sets us apart in our modern world where we can store value - that is what underpins the phrase 'Penny Wise, Pound Foolish' when it comes to the financials decisions we make in the short term. In this episode I take this phrase and apply to examples covering individuals, families, company, governments and humanity as a whole.
