My name is Hasi and I work in tech. Most of the time I'm brought into meetings as a window dressing - so I don't get to talk as much as I'd like. Ep 13250 days into 75 Hard
In this episode I share a **Day 50 progress update on my 75 Hard journey**. For those unfamiliar, **75 Hard** is a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella. The challenge requires strict daily habits including two workouts per day, following a diet, reading personal development books, drinking a gallon of water, and taking a progress photo every day for 75 days. Now that I’ve reached **Day 50**, I reflect on: • The hardest parts of the challenge so far • Unexpected mental and physical changes • Lessons about discipline and consistency • Where I've struggled and nearly failed This episode is a **raw mid-challenge reflection** on building discipline, staying accountable, and pushing through when motivation fades.
