It's A Skill Issue... And Why That Shouldn't Get In The Way
In the world of meme's one of that rings true in many cases (thought not all of course) is "It's a skill issue" which is a comment on a persons lack of skill to achieve a positive outcome or avoid a negative one. However the mindset that we, as individuals, need to acquire all the skills we have deficits for can be limiting and hold us back. In this episode I cover a recent attempt at outsourcing one of my skill deficits which didn't quite work out but was a good lesson none the less.
