In the 4th Century B.C. Alexander the Great came across the Gordian knot in the Phrygian capital of Gordium (Gordian). The knot was so difficult to untie, and so many had attempted it only to fail, that it was prophesised that he who could untie the Gordian knot would become the ruler of all Asia. What would become of Alexander and what can we learn from him?
