How Just 15 Minutes Of Daily Meditation For The Last 100 Days Has Changed Me
Despite having done two 10-day silent vipassana meditation retreats and many 1-day follow up meditation days I've always struggled to integrate the practice into my daily life with the stressed of life often taking precedent and losing track of this simple practice that I know will make a difference. Through my own efforts in creating a meditation application on android I've stuck to meditating daily and in this episode I discuss how it's affecting me.

Show Notes
The 15-minute minimum I discussed is based on a NYU study showing 13-minutes as the minimum effective dose for a whole host of benefits in non-meditators (J.C. Basso et al. 2019). I've rounded this up by a couple of minutes to ensure you get the most out of your sessions.
