Framing Personal Development In Terms Of CapEx & OpEx
Business expenditure is split into two categories: CapEx (Capital Expenditure) which represents the purchase of assets which have long term benefits to a company as well as OpEx (Operating Expenditure) which is the day-to-day running expenses of a business such as rent, utilities and employees. In this episode I go through how we can reframe the way we as individuals on a growth journey can split out our expenditures of our capital (financial, mental, physical and all importantly TIME) into these categories to ensure our long term prosperity.
