
Decoupling Effort From Outcome And Falling In Love With The Process
One of the perils of how our lives start off industrial scale schooling systems is we begin to couple effort to outcomes through a process of 12 years of standardised assessments. Unfortunately this mindset doesn't scale well to life outside formal education which is why in this episode I remind myself and those listening why we shouldn't couple our efforts to a desired outcome and rather should fall in love with the process.
