City2Surf 2024: Takeaways From Race Day

After having been running (distances 5 km and above) for over a year now I pulled off a personal feat shaving 10 min off my original City2Surf time finishing the beautiful 14 km's in a tad under 81 minutes. Whilst I'm clearly not an athlete I'm rather proud of where I've come from and am probably in the best shape of my life as I approach 30.
