
Are You Allowing Your Demographics To Limit Who You Can Learn From?
Sometimes we can limit our teachers and mentors to those who look like us or share the same race / ethnicity / religion / sexuality / etc. i.e. a multitude of demographic identifiers and subdivisions. However this can prevent us from gaining valuable insights from others and actually achieving the goals we want not only for ourselves but our groups or tribes. In this episode I visit how our demographic identifiers can be a huge limiting belief when it comes to the acquisition of knowledge.
