What a privilege to get some time to talk high school swimming with Phil. He and his staff at the MSHSL do a lot more than stamps hands and give out medals at the state meet and we get into that. Also, hear about Phil's background, including some time in the NFL, what he sees in our sport and a little of his vision for the upcoming seasons. We will definitely have Phil on again in the future
