What happens when pre-teens get their hands on smart phones and social media? Insecurity, Anxiety, Comparison, depression, addiction and even lying can start to spin out of their control. This may be one of the hardest interviews I have ever done. In this episode, I have my favorite human… my own daughter.
When her personality started to drastically change as she approached age 13, I soon realized it was not the normal hormonal and "junior high" pressure.
