I'm joined by 8-time world record holder, five-time Olympian and one of Britain's most respected sport media personalities, Mark Foster. It was a great honour to have Mark Foster on the podcast to share his story about his good friend and athlete Ross Baille who sadly died from Anaphylaxis in 1999 shortly after having lunch following a training session. Since Ross’s tragedy, Mark has become a Patreon for the Anaphylaxis Campaign and made a TV appearance on Who wants to be a Millionaire to raise money for the Anaphylaxis Campaign.
