Join me this week as I’m joined with Joey Salmingo, founder of The F.A.T.E. Initiative, a non-profit providing food allergy education and training. After his sister passed away from anaphylaxis caused by a food allergen, Joey founded FATE to educate others on the severity of food allergies. FATE offers a free training session called The FATE Forum, aimed at providing awareness to those who may not understand how serious food allergies can be. Joey, along with his family, is dedicated to preventing similar tragedies by training schools, businesses, and first responders.
