Nuance: The Promise Arms Race: Why Every Candidate Keeps Raising the Stakes
Rapid Fire Narratives: Reacting to Headlines, Hot Takes & Everything In Between

Ep 63Marriage Changed Us (For the Better) | The Growth We Didn’t Expect
Marriage has changed both of us in good ways—some intentional, some unexpected. In Episode 63, we talk about the ways marriage has helped us grow, individually and together.

The Real Starting Point of Wealth Isn’t Money | Social Capital Explained
Most people think wealth starts with money. It usually doesn’t. In this Nuance conversation, Fredrick explores why social capital — the networks, mentorship, and shared knowledge around you — is often the real starting point of wealth. Even if you didn’t grow up around money, social capital can be built by people who decide to learn, share, and grow together. Because financial capital often follows social capital.

Ep 62Why does it always take a disaster to bring us together?
After 9/11, Americans felt united. After the fires in Los Angeles, neighbors showed up for each other. Before the Million Man March, Black men were already moving with renewed purpose and responsibility. Those moments didn’t create unity — they revealed it. In Episode 62, we ask: Why do we wait for tragedy to reconnect? In a culture fueled by outrage and division, how do we choose empathy and shared responsibility before crisis forces it? We already know how to come together. The question is: will we do it on purpose?

Nuance: The Real Cost of Gun Ownership in California
What if the real barrier to gun ownership in California isn’t safety — it’s cost? Between the 11% excise tax created by AB 28, ammunition background checks, FFL fees, and a 16-hour mandatory CCW class, lawful gun owners now carry thousands in cumulative compliance costs. Meanwhile, criminals operate outside the system entirely. In this Nuance breakdown, Fredrick examines whether these policies reduce crime — or simply price ordinary Californians out of their ability to protect themselves and their families. If we’re serious about fairness, we need to ask who pays… and who doesn’t.

Ep 61The Courage to Think Differently
What happens when the truth you’re starting to see puts you at odds with what you were taught—or with the people closest to you? In this episode, we talk about the discomfort of challenging long-held beliefs, the quiet pressure to stay aligned with your social circle, and why cognitive dissonance can feel safer than growth. We explore the courage it takes to keep going anyway, to sit with uncertainty, and to risk being misunderstood in pursuit of a more honest understanding of the world—and yourself.

Nuance: Why the Loudest Voices Know the Least
Why do the loudest voices sound so certain—while the most informed ones hesitate? In this Nuance episode, we break down the Dunning–Kruger effect, how bias fills in missing details, and why realizing you might be wrong makes it harder to yell. This isn’t left vs. right—it’s human.

Before You Vote: How California’s Elections Actually Work
California doesn’t vote the way most states do—and that difference shapes who actually makes it onto the ballot. In this episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we break down the “Top Two” (also called “Jungle”) Primary system used in California to elect the governor and other statewide officials ahead of the 2026 election. We explain how the system works, why it was created, and how it impacts political parties, independent voters, and the choices voters ultimately see in the general election. If you’ve ever been confused about why two candidates from the same party can face off in November—or wondered whether your primary vote really matters—this episode is for you. No outrage. No talking points. Just clarity, context, and a better understanding of how power is actually decided. How We Run Our Relationship (With Intention, Not Perfection)
In this episode, we pull back the curtain on how we actually run our relationship. From navigating difficult conversations and prioritizing intentional date nights, to parenting Joseph and protecting our individual identities while growing as a couple—this is an honest look at the systems, habits, and mindset that keep us grounded. We’re not claiming to have everything figured out. We don’t. But what we do have is a shared commitment to face challenges together instead of against each other. When problems show up, we don’t assign blame—we attack the problem as a team. This episode is about effort over perfection, partnership over ego, and choosing each other even when things get uncomfortable. If you’re curious about what it looks like to actively work on a relationship while still enjoying it, this conversation is for you.

Nuance: The Fear, Economics, and Policies Behind Mass Incarceration
Mass incarceration is often explained as the result of racism alone. Racism mattered—but it wasn’t the whole story. In this episode of Nuance, I revisit the late 1980s and 1990s to explore the fear, violence, economic collapse, and community pressure that shaped the policies that followed. From open-air drug markets and rising homicide rates to the loss of industrial jobs and desperate pleas for safety, these conditions mattered—and they led to consequences we are still living with today. This isn’t about excusing harm. It’s about understanding complexity so we don’t repeat it. If there’s nuance I missed, add it in the comments. That’s how we all get smarter.

Nuance: Why Almost Nothing Is As Simple As We’re Told
Over the last year—through speeches and podcast conversations—I’ve come back to the same uncomfortable truth: most of the issues we argue about aren’t simple, and they’re rarely caused by one thing. Yet legacy media and social platforms reward certainty, outrage, and clean villains. This speech introduces Nuance, a new series focused on slowing down, questioning dominant narratives, and understanding why different groups see the same events so differently. Many of the conflicts we debate daily aren’t driven by malice or conspiracy, but by incentives, fear, misunderstanding, and human error. If we want better conversations—and better solutions—we have to be willing to trade easy answers for deeper understanding.

Ep 58The Weight of the Holidays—and Our Choice in Carrying It
The holidays have a way of revealing what we love—and what we’ve simply been carrying out of habit. In this episode, Tiffany and Fredrick talk about the traditions they grew up with, the family expectations that shaped their feelings about the season, and how those experiences still show up today. With humor and honesty, they explore what it looks like to keep the parts of the holidays that bring meaning, while questioning the pressure, obligation, and unspoken rules that don’t. This is a conversation about growing up, growing wiser, and deciding—intentionally—how the holidays fit into your life now.

Ep 57Leaving Federal Dependency: Rebuilding Care at the Community Level
In this episode, Tiffany and Fredrick explore a thought experiment: what happens when we move social care from federal dependence to community-driven support? The SNAP shutdown showed how quickly federal systems fail, especially for the most vulnerable. We discuss why local, personal care often works better, address concerns about “paying twice,” and consider whether stronger communities could eventually demand lower federal taxes. It’s about citizens taking responsibility and becoming the real drivers of their community’s success.

Don’t Outsource Your Family’s Safety
We all want to believe help will arrive when danger shows up — trained, skilled, and ready. But after years of training, I learned a hard truth: a uniform doesn’t guarantee competence. When seconds count, you can’t rely on strangers you know nothing about to save your family. Whether you choose to own a firearm or not, your safety plan must be built on preparation, awareness, and responsibility. Shout-out to the LAX Collective for building a community of responsible, well-trained gun owners, and to the California Rifle & Pistol Association for protecting our rights in California. Ep 56Comments, Critics, and Chaos: Finding Meaning in the Madness
After 18 months of running Love, Growth & Narratives, we’ve seen it all in the comments section — from thoughtful feedback that sparks real conversation to insults that make you question humanity (and maybe a few bots, too). In this episode, we open up about how we handle both the good and the ugly sides of public dialogue. We talk about our original mission — to foster good-faith conversations that bridge divides — and how we still try to sift through the noise to find meaningful disagreement worth engaging with. Because even in the chaos, there’s something to learn.

Proposition 50: Power, Principle, and the Precedent We Set
As California voters prepare to decide on Proposition 50, this speech challenges us to look past partisan advantage and think about the precedent we’re setting for democracy itself. Prop 50 would temporarily replace the state’s independent redistricting map with a new one that could add up to five Democratic congressional seats in the 2026 midterms. Supporters see it as a necessary counter to red-state gerrymandering. Opponents see it as a dangerous overreach that undermines independent redistricting. But the deeper question is this: What happens when we normalize changing the rules whenever it benefits us? Fredrick Cook asks both parties to think beyond the next election — to principle, fairness, and the long-term integrity of our democracy.

The Politics of False Promises
In this speech, Fredrick Cook exposes how California lawmakers use “gun control” to score headlines instead of solving real problems. He argues that many of these laws—like AB 1127 and AB 1078—are designed to fail in court, wasting taxpayer money and exploiting the genuine passion of voters who want safer communities. This isn’t about partisanship, he says, but about honesty and accountability. When citizens finally recognize the manipulation and demand real solutions, that’s when true change begins.

Then and Now: Parenting Across Generations (Part 2)
In Part 2 of this special family episode, Tiffany and Fredrick invite their parents—Tiffany’s mother and Fredrick’s mom and dad—for a warm, funny, and revealing conversation about what it was like raising them. From the challenges of parenting in the 70s and 80s to how much the world (and kids) have changed today, they dive into the differences, the similarities, and the lessons that still stand the test of time. Expect honest reflections, a few confessions, and plenty of laughter as their parents share what it was really like raising Tiffany and Fredrick—and how those experiences shaped the people they became.

Ep 55Then and Now: Parenting Across Generations (Part 1)
In this special family episode, Tiffany and Fredrick invite their parents—Tiffany’s mother and Fredrick’s mom and dad—for a warm, funny, and revealing conversation about what it was like raising them.

Ep 53Before Words Become Weapons: Cooling America’s Discourse
In this episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, Tiffany and Freddy explore how we can bring down the temperature in America’s increasingly hostile discourse. With disagreements between groups often escalating into violence, we ask: how do we shift from confrontation to conversation? We discuss the importance of meeting speech you disagree with not with censorship or anger, but with better speech, empathy, and curiosity. We also examine how “collective illusions” convince us that everyone on “our side” thinks the same—and that everyone on “their side” only reflects their fringe voices. By challenging these illusions and committing to good-faith dialogue, we can begin to rebuild understanding, correct mischaracterizations, and move toward solutions together.

Ep 52Rethinking Aging: Why 50 Feels Better Than 40
We used to look at people in their 50s and think, “Man… they’re old.” But now that we’re here, the story is very different. In this episode, we talk about how getting older doesn’t have to mean declining health, fear, or giving up on growth. We feel better now—in our 50s—than we did in our 40s. Meanwhile, many in our parents’ generation, especially Baby Boomers, are struggling. We explore what’s changed, why our generation is aging differently, and how prioritizing mental and physical health can completely shift the way you experience the second half of life.

Tragedy in Minneapolis, Blame Misplaced
Fredrick responds to last week’s Minneapolis tragedy with a firm defense of responsible gun owners. Instead of blame, he lays out real solutions—fixing “gun-free zones,” supporting young men, reintegrating former inmates, and strengthening families. He also extends an open invitation to Moms Demand Action for an honest conversation on making communities safer. #GunRights #Minneapolis #2A #CommunitySafety #MomsDemandAction #PodcastClips #GunDebate #SaferCommunities

Ep 51Redrawing the Lines: Prop 50 and California’s Next Election
We’re kicking off our California election series with Prop 50 and the redistricting controversy led by Governor Newsom and state Democrats. These aren’t just political headlines—they’re decisions that will shape who represents us and how our communities are heard. This is the first step in a series designed to give you clear, no-spin breakdowns of the issues and candidates leading up to the 2026 elections, so you can vote with confidence. https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov https://www.laforward.org/who-represents-me https://ballotpedia.org/California_Proposition_50,_Use_of_Legislative_Congressional_Redistricting_Map_Amendment_(2025) https://calmatters.org/politics/2025/08/find-out-if-your-vote-could-be-affected-by-newsoms-redistricting-plans/ #Prop50 #RedistrictingFight #CaliforniaPolitics #CivicEngagement #PowerAndMaps #2026Elections #KnowYourBallot #VoteSmartCA #PoliticalPowerPlay #CaliforniaElections2026 #BallotBreakdown #InformedVoters

CCW in California: Frustration Is No Excuse to Stay Unarmed
California CCW laws are confusing by design, but frustration is no excuse to leave your family unprotected. Responsible, armed citizens safeguard our communities—and it’s time to speak up, support groups like CRPA, and take an active role in our own protection.

Ep 50Beyond the Cover: Why Looks and Accents Can Mislead You
For our 50th episode, we’re challenging one of the oldest bad habits—judging a book by its cover. Too often, we dismiss people whose clothes or accent don’t fit our idea of “professional,” assuming their words have less value. On the flip side, we put far too much trust in those who speak in perfect “standard” American English and wear the right business attire, as if appearance alone proves intelligence or integrity. In this conversation, we break down why these snap judgments can rob us of insight, connection, and truth. This episode was inspired by Instagram creator @darealbigmama213 and her powerful video https://www.instagram.com/reel/DKzhTBbsQm2/?igsh=MTVyOHI3a3Yyb3NxZw== about advocating for her autistic son—navigating schools, pushing through barriers, and refusing to take “no” for an answer. Her words are a reminder of how intellect and wisdom often come in forms society overlooks. 💡 Stick around until the end to learn how you can enter our competition to win a $50 Amazon gift card!

The Illusion of Protection: Why We Must Rethink Safety in America
In this powerful speech, Fredrick breaks down the hard truth most Americans don’t realize—you have no constitutional right to police protection. Through cases like Warren v. DC, Castle Rock v. Gonzales, and tragedies like Uvalde, he explains why the system cannot guarantee your safety. This isn’t about blaming police—it’s about facing reality. The sooner we understand this, the sooner we can take responsibility for protecting ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Ep 49Team Us: What Makes a Power Couple?
What does it really mean to be a power couple? In this episode, we dive into the idea of “Team Us” — how couples build a dynamic that makes them stronger together than apart. We unpack our own definition of a power couple, share the ways we’ve worked to build that kind of partnership, and talk about the habits and boundaries that keep us aligned. From supporting each other’s growth to protecting our relationship from outside noise, we explore what it takes to be more than just partners — but teammates for life.

Ep 48Helping Neurodiverse Young Adults Thrive: A Conversation with Therapist Jenny Ray
In this special episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we step outside the studio to meet with Jenny Ray, MA, LMFT—a passionate therapist working to support high-functioning autistic young adults, a group often overlooked in traditional care systems. Jenny is raising funds to open a new clinic that will allow her to become licensed and recognized as a service vendor in California. You can support her mission at GoFundMe. https://www.gofundme.com/f/building-bridges-for-autism-support-clinic-opening Together, we explore the challenges of late or missed diagnoses and what happens when young adults finally receive the support they need. Jenny shares how she helps them embrace their unique way of thinking while learning to navigate social cues, build deeper relationships, and find their place in the world. We also talk about the critical role parents, teachers, and mentors play in supporting neurodiverse young adults on their path to independence and self-acceptance. At her current clinic, Heart 2 Mind Therapy, Jenny works with a wide range of parents and children, helping families build healthier emotional connections through personalized, compassionate therapy. You can follow her work and get updates on Instagram at @heart2mindtherapy.

Hating Trump Isn’t a Platform
In this episode, we challenge Democrats to stop chasing Trump and start leading with real solutions. It’s time to move beyond outrage, reclaim lost voters, and build a future worth believing in.

Ep 47Off the Cuff: Random Topics, Real Reactions
In this laid-back episode, Tiffany and Freddy go off-script and dive into a grab bag of unexpected topics—each one designed to spark honest reactions, quick takes, and maybe even a little debate. From lighthearted to thought-provoking, nothing’s off-limits as they take turns answering questions that hit close to home or just make them laugh. It’s real, it’s random, and it’s definitely Love, Growth & Narratives.

Brotherhood in Motion: Black Men Run & Building New Narratives
In this special 46th episode, we step outside the studio to sit down with Fredrick’s run group—Black Men Run. This brotherhood is about more than fitness. We explore how these men lean on each other for support—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through accountability, vulnerability, and connection, they’re building new narratives around Black men, health, and community. https://www.instagram.com/bmrlosangeles?igsh=NHkyOHBzODUydDN3

Ep 45Men’s Mental Health: My Story of Struggle and Discovery
In honor of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Fredrick opens up about the quiet pain of growing up in the shadow of a superstar sibling, wrestling with the weight of expectations he couldn’t carry. His father wanted him to be tough and thoughtful. His mother wanted him to be safe and happy. But Fredrick was a deeply depressed and socially awkward child—fighting a battle no one could see or explain. In this raw and revealing episode, he reflects on the unspoken struggles of his youth, including a late-in-life discovery of high-functioning autism and the identity shifts that came from moving between all-Black, all-White, and finally diverse neighborhoods. This is a conversation for every man who was told to “man up” when what he really needed was to be understood.

AB1127: When Politicians Don’t Know Guns—But Make Laws Anyway
California Assemblymember Jesse Gabriel just introduced AB1127, a bill that would ban the sale and transfer of Glocks and any striker-fired handgun based on the Glock platform. Why? Because they could be illegally modified—despite the fact that Glock switches are already federally illegal. This video breaks down what AB1127 really is: a misguided overreach that punishes responsible citizens while doing nothing to stop criminal behavior. Let’s stop writing laws based on panic, politics, and headlines. I’m also extending an open invitation—I’d love to have a real conversation with Moms Demand Action or any gun control advocate who actually wants to make Californians safer through honest, evidence-based dialogue. 🛑 This isn’t about taking sides. It’s about demanding real solutions. 📢 If you believe in protecting rights and fixing real problems, share this video and join the conversation.

Ep 44No Matter What: Building Black Futures on Our Terms
Tiffany and Freddy dive into an honest, empowering conversation about what it takes for Black communities to grow, thrive, and lead—regardless of the obstacles. Whether or not racism or systemic barriers are present, this episode is about the mindset, unity, discipline, and vision required to move the community forward from within. It’s not about waiting for fairness—it’s about building greatness anyway

Can You Handle Being Wrong?
This speech challenges the comfort of certainty. In a time when we cling to beliefs shaped by identity, community, and pride, it’s easy to forget the power of reflection. This isn’t about proving anyone wrong—it’s about asking yourself the harder question: Am I willing to reassess what I believe? Because real strength isn’t found in being right—it’s found in being willing to grow.

Ep 43Grown Bodies, Childish Minds: When Immaturity Grows Up with Us
In Episode 43 of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we explore how unresolved childhood immaturity doesn’t disappear with age—it just gets louder, more stubborn, and harder to correct. From emotional outbursts to lack of accountability, we unpack how the behaviors we ignore in kids can become the habits that derail adult relationships, careers, and communities. It’s time to stop pretending age equals maturity—and start doing the hard work of addressing those early issues before they take root.

Ep 42One Conversation at a Time
In Episode 42 of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we tackle one of the biggest challenges of our time: the erosion of good faith conversations. In a world fueled by grievance, tribalism, and constant outrage—from politics to sports to culture—meaningful dialogue is becoming a rare art. Instead of seeking understanding, too many of us retreat into echo chambers, hurling insults across the divide. In this episode, we explore why good faith conversations are critical for rebuilding trust, why they’ve become so difficult in today’s climate, and how we can intentionally bring down the temperature. We’ll also offer practical ideas for how we can talk to each other—not just about each other—and find common ground in a society that desperately needs it.

Ep 41Courtesy? That’s So Last Century
In episode 41 of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we take a look at the slow disappearance of everyday kindness. From the simple act of using a turn signal to holding the door open for someone struggling, what used to be basic courtesy now feels like a rare gesture. We talk about how this erosion of respect and awareness for others reflects a deeper disconnection in our society—and what it means for the way we live, love, and coexist. Is it just nostalgia talking, or are we truly losing something vital?

A Real Conversation About Guns in America
In this candid and deeply personal speech, Fredrick explores the heated debate between gun control advocates and Second Amendment supporters—not to take sides, but to build a bridge. Drawing from his own evolution on the issue, he breaks down the real fears, flawed assumptions, and overlooked truths on both sides. From the emotional reactions after mass shootings to the everyday realities of self-defense, this talk challenges listeners to set aside the rhetoric, acknowledge each other’s concerns, and engage in a more honest, empathetic conversation. Because when it comes to safety, we’re not as far apart as we think. https://datavisualizations.heritage.org/firearms/defensive-gun-uses-in-the-us/

Ep 40Signal Over Noise: Finding Clarity in a Chaotic World
In a world overflowing with notifications, headlines, and constant demands for our attention, how do we focus on what really matters? In this episode, we dive into the art of filtering through the noise to find the signals — the things that truly deserve our energy. Whether it’s showing up more intentionally in our relationships, staying focused on our professional goals, or just being kinder and more present with ourselves, we explore how to navigate a distracted world with clarity and purpose. It’s time to breathe, tune in, and turn down the volume on everything else.

Ep 39Inherited Habits: Money Lessons from Our Parents
In this episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, Tiffany and Freddy explore how the way we were raised—especially around money—shapes our financial habits, attitudes, and decisions as adults. From frugality to fear, generosity to guilt, they unpack the lessons learned (and unlearned) from their parents’ approach to finances. The conversation highlights both the benefits and the baggage we carry into our own financial journeys, and how understanding the roots of our money mindset can help us grow and make more intentional choices.

Ep 38Newlyweds in Our 50s: 4-Month Marriage Check-In
In Episode 38, we give an honest update on being four months into marriage—what we’ve learned, where we’re thriving, and what we’re still figuring out. Some might say, “You’ve only been married 4 months, what do you know?” Fair question—but we’re also in our 50s, with a lifetime of experiences, past relationships, and hard lessons behind us. Fredrick’s been married twice before, and together we’ve done the work to build something different. We’re confident in our path, but cautious not to get complacent. We know we don’t know it all—but we’ve set the stage to evolve, grow, and challenge the typical narratives about love, marriage, and starting fresh later in life.

Ep 37Quick Fix Nation: Can Society’s Problems Be Solved Overnight?
In this episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we ask a hard question: Are there really quick fixes for any of society’s biggest problems? With most political terms lasting just 2, 4, or 6 years, politicians often scramble to deliver bold changes fast—hoping impatient voters will feel progress is being made. But are these drastic shifts actually helping, or are they just symbolic moves to stay in power? Are we, the voters, being unrealistic by expecting immediate results for deep-rooted issues? And are we asking politicians to do things through public policy that we, as citizens, should be taking responsibility for ourselves? Let’s talk about the tension between short-term political survival and long-term societal change—and our role in it.

Ep 36Breaking the Grind… and Suddenly We’re Old
We used to laugh at older folks complaining about sore backs, forgetting things, and needing reading glasses—but now, as aging Gen Xers, we’re becoming them. In this episode, we talk about the strange experience of feeling young in our minds while our bodies start showing signs of wear, and how society is beginning to treat us like the “older generation.” From creaky joints to mental fog, we’re facing the reality of aging and all the surprises that come with it. We also reflect on unlearning one of the biggest lessons passed down by our Baby Boomer parents—the relentless grind. They worked hard out of necessity, shaped by struggles we didn’t have, yet we were raised to grind just as hard, even if it wasn’t always needed. Now, we’re asking if there’s a better, healthier way to approach this next phase of life.

Ep 35Gen X: The Forgotten Middle Child of History
Stuck between the Boomers who raised us and the Millennials who reshaped culture, Gen X has always been the overlooked middle child of history. We grew up self-sufficient, shaped by a world that was changing faster than anyone could process—surviving the crack era, the AIDS crisis, multiple wars, and the collapse of the Soviet Union, all while witnessing the rise of cable TV, home computers, video game consoles, MTV, Hip Hop, and Grunge. We learned resilience from our Boomer parents, but we’ve also had to unlearn their grind-until-you-break mentality. In this episode, we reflect on what it means to age as Gen Xers, how we navigate being sandwiched between two larger, better-defined generations, and why we’re probably lucky there was no internet to document our dumbest moments.

Are We Addicted to Grievance?
In today’s political climate, are we fighting for something meaningful, or are we just addicted to the fight itself? As both sides revel in outrage and mockery, we risk losing more than elections—we risk losing our sense of purpose, our unity, and even ourselves. It’s time to break free from the cycle of grievance and refocus on what truly matters.

Ep 34Blended Families – The Love, The Struggles, and The Growth
Blending families is never simple—whether it’s navigating relationships with stepchildren, co-parenting with exes, or integrating in-laws, from parents and siblings to lifelong friends. In this episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we dive into the challenges and triumphs of bringing two families together, sharing our personal experiences and lessons learned about building unity while respecting different histories and expectations. Stay until the end for a special message from Joseph to Tiffany, where he opens up about how she has been an incredible stepmother and how she has truly changed his life for the better. California’s AB 1333: The Attack on Your Right to Self-Defense
California is facing a dangerous shift in self-defense laws with AB 1333, a bill introduced by Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur that would change the state from a Castle Doctrine state to a Duty to Retreat state. This means law-abiding citizens would be legally required to consider fleeing before defending themselves, creating dangerous hesitation in life-or-death situations while doing nothing to stop criminals. I’ve reached out to Assemblymember Zbur’s office and my own representative for comment because we need good-faith conversations about public safety. We must stand up for our right to self-defense—share this video, contact your representatives, and say NO to AB 1333!

Ep 33Reclaiming the Conversation – Why We Started This Podcast
In this 33rd episode of Love, Growth, and Narratives, we take a step back to remember why we started this journey in the first place. Frustrated by the extreme rantings on the news and social media, we wanted to create a space for real, good-faith conversations—where people listen, learn, and grow rather than just argue to “win.” We reflect on what we’ve learned along the way, how the podcast has evolved, and why meaningful dialogue is more important now than ever.
