Supporting Dynamic Business Strategies | Mike Bates

I have a super special guest for today's episode. He is someone that I have known since he was born, who is one of my best friends on earth, and someone who is not genetically dissimilar from me. He is no other than my brother Mike Bates, CEO of HotWax System, the number one implementer of a top-level Apache open source project called OFBiz (open for business), a CRM for products, and inventory management. We discuss Open Source software, Apache, OFBIz, being an entrepreneur, the very early days of the Internet, how Open Source is similar to Blockchain and much more. Since he is my brother, Mike also knows my Dad, who was my guest on episode 27 and we discuss some more of his great leadership lessons.
