On Season 2 of Little Warriors Episode 4, host Rebecca Horan is speaking to Teresa Foley. Teresa Foley, AKA The Feeding Therapist is an Occupational Therapist specialising in children. Teresa helps families of children with autism and children who are fussy eaters or have difficulty eating at mealtimes. Teresa spoke to Rebecca about some of the simplest approaches to getting our children to make healthier and more sustainable eating habits and ways to make mealtimes less of a pressure-cooker for busy parents.
