Blackrock Health is a world-class healthcare centre in Ireland specialising in women's health. Caoimhe and Rebecca discuss female physiology and hormone health, how we can better support our teens and young women who are going through any female health issues right through to Menopause. Dr Caoimhe is married with two children and lives in Wicklow.
