We start of with some gorgeous poppy electronic drum & bass funk (!?) with tracks by amongst others George Riley and Remi Wolf. We then take the wonky bass lines of these tracks and extrapolate these to Bootsy and Johnny Guitar Watson. This leads, strangely enough, to some very early underground proto hip-hop with one of my favourite tracks of all time - Pokey Blow with Go to School!
