Ahoy, crew! Something bad happened. My friends Jack and Lily were BEST friends yesterday. Now they're fighting! What happened?! The Fighting Trick! Salty Sam told Jack: "Lily said you're a smelly poopyhead!" Then he told Lily: "Jack is gonna take your toys!" But NONE of that was true! Salty Sam MADE IT UP! Now Jack and Lily are mad at each other for NO reason! Why would he do that? Look at Salty Sam now—he's playing with BOTH their toys while they fight! BINGO! He started the fight so HE could win! Jack and Lily are upset. Salty Sam is happy. HE gets the good stuff! Liberty Lesson: When two friends suddenly fight, ask: Did someone MAKE this happen? Who's happy that they're mad? Jab: Salty Sam isn't fighting. He's not upset. He's smiling while everyone else is sad! If he started it, why isn't HE in trouble? Hmm!
