S1 Ep 4Ep4: Alannah, Paisley and Heath - 2 Vaginal Births, Mastitis, Post Baby Blues

In this episode Alannah takes us through her two Vaginal births, one in the bath and one standing (both in Hospital). Alannah has a foreign antibody in her blood which meant she needed to be monitored, more so in her second pregnancy. After both births Alannah suffered from Mastitis which ended up being a contributing factor in suffering from post baby blues and struggling to bond with her second baby. Alannah does an amazing job discussing both her births, her struggles with breastfeeding and connecting with her babies. This is a great episode and I know you're going to get a lot out of it.
