John Spiros, Roehl's Vice President of Safety & Claims Management, joins previous guest Jason Francis & Travis to talk about John's history in the military. John was in the Air Force, and he was stationed in Germany. John shares his career progression from the military to law enforcement to the transportation industry. John worked for a number of trucking companies before joining TeamRoehl, and he's celebrating 20 years as a leader on our great team! John is also a Wisconsin State Representative, and he talks about how he balances those elements of his life.
John explains how we operationalize safety, and how we empower our drivers to drive the Roehl Way to Protect Others. Jason, who was also in the military and stationed in Germany, shares that he drove for 30 years, and he now helps new drivers as they are starting their careers with us.
