Ramondo R. talks about his extensive experience in trucking with Travis and Jason Francis. Ramondo started with Roehl in 2012 and then soon became an owner operator leased to Roehl. During that time, Ramondo was a Certified Driver Trainer, Ramando left Roehl for about 6 months, then returned for another almost year. Ramondo then left Roehl for more than a decade, and he talks about what he missed while he was away. He noted that the grass is not always greener somewhere else. Since he's returned, he's started to train again, and he talks about the advancements in Roehl's training for people who've recently obtained their CDLs.
