Erin A., Roehl's Director of Van Customer Service, joins Michael and Roman to discuss how Roehl's growth helps drivers and our customers. She also shares some of her experiences with her various roles on TeamRoehl, and what has kept her her at Roehl for the last two years.
Roehl offers excellent service to our customers, and Erin highlights the various work her team does to meet our customer expectations AND our driving teammates' expectations. It's a complex balancing act that Erin notes is made better with communication.
The discussion also touches on how, as Roehl grows, we're able to offer more capacity to our customers, we're able to win new lanes and to create more opportunities and driving jobs for our driving teammates.
