The extra bus and driver, which was confirmed this morning to Deputy John McGuinness, is expected to be in place following the Easter Holidays. Brendan Hayes, who is Chairperson of the Gowran School Bus Group, welcomed this morning's development but said the community feels there's still some work to do.

Students at DLS Bagenalstown have also highlighted the risks associated with vaping and nicotine use. Robert Hall, who brilliantly led RTE's equestrian coverage for 37 years, was among the many admirers who assembled at Leighlinbridge to pay tribute to one of the greatest double acts in the history of National Hunt racing - Willie Mullins and Paul Townend.
