Show Notes
In this episode, we dive into the Government’s response to Comey’s Motion to Dismiss for Selective and Vindictive Prosecution, going through it page by page.
We also examine the dozen or so exhibits they included with their response. You may be familiar with a few of these exhibits already, such as Comey’s handwritten notes, emails between Comey and Daniel Richman, and the text message chain between the NYT’s Michael Schmidt and Richman.
And at the end of the episodes, on a suggestion from Mrs. Human, I’ve added a few bloopers from the recording process. Enjoy!
