Show Notes
In this episode, I go over recent filings in United States v. Comey, including a notice to dismiss for unlawful appointment of Halligan and a very intriguing motion from prosecutors to use a filter team for evidence acquired from a separate investigation.
Most exciting, though, is a new highly interesting article from the New York Times that provides insight into the involvement of at least four US attorneys’ offices in a multifaceted investigation of RussiaGate, including mishandling or even destruction of classified information, manipulation and weaponization of intelligence, and potential misconduct by FBI and CIA officials.
