Show Notes
In this episode, we continue our reading of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur's Report.
Chapter 12 provides analysis of Biden’s Notebooks, which he regarded as a his personal records even though they contained classified information. This chapter provides many parallels to President Trump’s Doc Case, too many to be a mere coincidence.
Chapter 13 goes over the principles of Federal Prosecution and aggravating factors in a potential case against Biden based on the evidence in this investigation and gives further insight into the decision to decline prosecution.
Enjoy!
