Show Notes
In this episode, we continue our reading of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur's Report.
Chapter 10 is a bit of a history lesson in the Presidential Records Act and how past Presidents and Vice Presidents have treated their personal records once they leave office.
Chapter 11 elucidates the defenses that Biden would potentially bring at trial if he were to be charged with retaining national defense information and explains Special Counsel Hur’s decision to decline charging him.
Enjoy!
