In an attempt to make him feel better (and put things into perspective) Joe asks Ashley to read some negative comments and criticism that's been directed towards him throughout the years. Joe then reacts to the comments, reveals WHO & WHERE most "troll comments" come from, and provides advice on how to properly deal with negativity/criticism.
