INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu has in his first speech since after the election said the last general election was by far a fair reflection of Nigeria's Multi-party democracy. Among other things, he also says the Bimordal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) performed creditably at 98% compared to the card reader previously being used which success rate was poised at 29%.
