I did all of these things and in 2016 I experienced a big crash. I competed and got down to my leanest ever weight only to gain 12kgs and be the heaviest I’d ever been within the span of 8 weeks.
With the expertise and experience I have now, I take you through the 6 things I would tell my 2106 self to coach me out the other side.
