This past sunday was our very first Glam Body Program Photoshoot! And reflecting on the day - which was ahmazzee - had me thinking about body image & beauty standards.
In this episode I take you through the backstory as to why the Glam Body shoot is very different to your stock standard fitness shoot. The kind of environment that has been cultivated inside Glam Body and posing some questions about beauty standards and body image that hopefully get you to start questioning the status quo.
