Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the best of messengers, our master Mohammad, and upon all his family and companions... Bukhari extracted in his Sahih on the authority of Muhammad Bin Ziyad that he said, I heard Abu Hurairah (ra) say: that the Prophet (saw) said, or he said: Abu Al-Qasim (saw) said: «صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ»“Observe fast on sighting it (the new moon) and break it on sighting it. But if (due to clouds) the actual position of the moon is concealed from you, you should then complete thirty days.” After investigating the new moon of Shawwal on this blessed eve of Sunday, the sighting of the new moon has been confirmed according to the Shariah requirements. Accordingly, tomorrow, Sunday, will be the first day of the month of Shawwal and the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr. On this occasion, Hizb ut Tahrir extends its sincere congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of blessed Eid al-Fitr, asking Allah to bring it back next year with its state established, its Deen empowered, and its honorable Islam glorified. We ask Allah (swt) to grant him success in fulfilling the glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah (saw) of the establishment of the second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood at his hands. While we are pained by the decades-long scourge of wars that have plagued our Islamic Ummah, as one de-escalates another erupts, decimating its people and claiming their lives—not least is the brutal war that has been ongoing against our people in Gaza and the West Bank since October 7, 2023—we nevertheless anticipate a change that is beginning to unfold, transforming the state of the Islamic Ummah from one of killing and humiliation to one of victory and glory, and, Allah willing, bringing an end to the Ummah's tragedies. Since the Arab Spring revolutions, then Operation Flood of Al-Aqsa and the fall of the criminal Bashar al-Assad, the Islamic Ummah has been in a state of turmoil and conflict with the reality imposed upon it by the West. It has become more acutely aware of the ugliness of this reality and more eager to free itself from it. It has grown closer to Islam, becoming stronger and more determined to confront its rulers in an attempt to reclaim its authority from them. The Ummah has experienced the toll of remaining under the yoke of agent regimes. It has witnessed with its own eyes the rulers' squandering of its wealth to the kuffar, colonialist West, their abandonment of it and its causes, their prevention of armies from mobilizing to rescue Palestine from the clutches of the criminal Jews, the blatant Western interference in its religion and its integrity, and the attempt to force it to bow its head to the Jewish entity, leaving it with the choice between normalization and death. All these scenes and events have made it realize that without the rule of Islam, it will remain colonized, targeted, and humiliated. Its conviction of its need for a Khilafah (Caliphate) state has been strengthened, and indeed, the Khilafah (Caliphate) has become its quest. By the grace of Allah, the Ummah has begun to find its way and no longer accepts postponing the implementation of Islam as a way of life. It has a clear and blatant aversion to secularism. In Ash-Sham, it is demanding that its new rulers declare it purely for Allah alone, and in all the lands, it is monitoring them, asking Allah to grant them success and guidance. The West is at its weakest point in controlling the Ummah, and therefore it is at its fiercest, trying to tighten its grip on Muslims and their countries. That is why we have seen its direct and proxy wars, lava poured on the Islamic Ummah and its countries, killing and destroying entire countries. We also see it eager to steal their wealth, and all of that is only because it realizes that this is its last dance before it loses its influence and agents in Muslim countries, irrevocably. It is true that someone might say that the West possesses a massive killing machine and has agents controlling the Muslims. It controls the world's essential facilities, monitors Muslim countries, spies on them, and counts their breaths. However, the West are humans like us. As we witness, Allah has preoccupied the West with itself, and their hearts have become divided. We are the people

Juz’u `Amma – Part 30 of the Qur'an Recitation of Juz’u ‘Amma by Hafiz Shams & Asad Juz’u ‘Amma is the most commonly recited and memorized portion of the Qur’ān. It contains thirty-seven sūrahs, all of which were revealed in Makkah with the exception of al-Bayyinah and an-Naṣr. Because these sūrahs were revealed during the earliest stages of the prophetic mission and were being recited primarily to an audience of unbelievers and skeptics, their objective is to awaken the unconscious and implant faith in the heart. Varying in length, all are relatively short sūrahs with essentially similar themes. These early revelations came in powerful language consisting of short, concise but eloquent sentences; their literary style was so unique that it attracted a great deal of attention. Logical evidences supported the universal truths expressed within them. Their verses exposed the errors of the idolaters and criticized their blind adherence to a religion of unsanctioned customs. They convey basic principles of morality, ethics and righteous conduct taught by all prophets as an indispensable part of Allah's (سبحانه وتعالى) religion. And they refute the misconception that man is self-sufficient, independent of Allah (سبحانه وتعالى)and unaccountable to Him. As is generally the case with Makkan revelation, the emphasis in Juz’u ‘Amma is on essential beliefs – in particular, the issues of tawḥeed, the Prophethood of Muhammad (ﷺ) and the life after death. Al-Qiyāmah (the Resurrection) is described vividly in several of its sūrahs as a terrifying, overwhelming event. Ibn ‘Umar reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) had said, "Whoever would like to perceive the Day of Resurrection as if with his own eyes may recite Sūrahs at-Takweer, al-Infiṭār and al-Inshiqāq."53 Subject matter includes: the creative power of Allah(سبحانه وتعالى)as observed in the phenomena of nature on earth and in the heavens, the inevitable and complete manifestation of that power in the Hereafter, the Lord's mercy and countless favors to mankind, the arrogance and ingratitude shown by most of mankind, the consequences of belief and denial, threat against evildoers and promise of reward for the righteous. There are also some brief references to earlier prophets and divine retribution upon those who opposed them. The unbelievers are admonished for their ignorance and immorality, their opposition to truth and their persecution of the believers. Allah(سبحانه وتعالى) warns that every individual will be held fully accountable for his actions and intentions at the final account and judgment, and that each will find just recompense for his deeds, both good and evil, in an eternal life to come.
