Meet Elizabeth:
Elizabeth is a mother to 3 daughters age 4, 8 and 16. She has always had a love for learning about anatomy, physiology particularly when it comes to pregnancy and birth. She works as a massage therapist providing treatment to a variety of demographics from children to athletes to those dealing with long term health concerns. Her treatment approach always includes the emphasis that we have the privilege and responsibility to dictate our own health physically, mentally and spiritually.
