Meet Camille:

Camille St. Martin is a writer, movement guide, and mother of two based in Colorado. She’s the creator of Sacred Return, a body-based postpartum offering that supports mothers through the identity shift of becoming a parent. Drawing from dance, ritual, and nervous-system awareness, Camille’s work centers the mother—not as someone to “bounce back,” but as someone who deserves care, reverence, and a true return to herself.
