Rajan Chettiar was one of the first collaborative lawyers in Singapore and handled the first collaborative case in Singapore. His legal journey to collaborative law practice is in integrity with his life philosophy, which is to help and support people to make the world a better place for all. After working at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in Singapore, Rajan set up the firm of Rajan Chettiar & Co. that specializes in all aspects of family and personal law. He has a masterโs in counseling, is a mediator, serves on the IACP Board of Directors, is a prolific writer, and volunteers with various welfare organizations and family service centers in Singapore.
