Carmen Aja Ruiz, Spain - Integrative Lawyers of the World Series 5, Episode 4
Carmen is an integrative and collaborative lawyer. She co-founded the firm, Abogacia Colaborativa, which specializes in negotiation and resolution of conflicts in labor and family law matters. Carmen views her legal practice as a vocation of service to the citizenry. Being aware that lawsuits are not always the best solution to clients’ problems, she actively works on finding appropriate processes and solutions for each conflict. Carmen also uses Conscious Contracts® to help her clients create strong foundations for their relationships to help them navigate through conflicts that may arise without destroying their relationship.
