PHP code injection, also known as remote code execution, is a type of security vulnerability that occurs when an attacker is able to inject malicious PHP code into a web application. This vulnerability typically arises when the application does not properly sanitize user input, which allows an attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code on the server.
