Many of us would agree that it's almost second nature for us to go out of our way to avoid difficulty, hardship, or times of struggle. But how many of us think of the possibility that we're missing out on potential growth from the experience? In today's message, Pastor JD teaches us that while hardship isn't always preferable, the fruits from such are invaluable.

Many of us have a tendency to lean more towards the kind, loving, gracecious characteristics of Jesus, rather than the reality that He suffered greatly on our behalf. Many of us have probably been thrown off by the verse “work out your salvation with fear and trembling.” Whether we grow concern over the security of our salvation or otherwise, it's important we understand its meaning. Whether it’s your spouse, children, friends, coworkers or even your enemies, prayer has a way of transforming your attitude as well as theirs.
