In Pursuit 016: Your 4 - Life Regrets, Retail Truths, Getting Unstuck & Creatine Done Right
EIn this episode of Your 4, Joseph and Brandon answer four powerful listener questions across mindset, business and performance. Joseph opens up about the biggest risk he didn’t take sooner and why delaying the leap into entrepreneurship cost him more than time. He breaks down the real price of waiting and why momentum beats certainty every time. They then dive into the single biggest lesson from years in retail, how to build a business model that actually lasts, why clarity beats effort, and why owning the customer relationship is everything. The conversation shifts into mindset, unpacking what to do when you feel stuck, flat and unmotivated. No hype. No shortcuts. Just a simple framework for rebuilding trust with yourself and creating momentum from almost nothing. Finally, they clear up the creatine debate once and for all, explaining why timing matters far less than consistency and how to actually get the most from it long term. Real lessons. Hard truths. Practical execution.
In Pursuit 015: Balance vs Harmony - Why High Performers Break The Balance Myth
EMost people say they want balance. Balance between work and family. Balance between fitness and career. Balance between ambition and peace. But balance is the wrong model. Life is not static. Responsibilities grow, pressure increases, and the moment you decide to pursue more out of life, balance collapses. In this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph and Brandon unpack why balance consistently fails ambitious people and why harmony is the operating system that actually works. They explain how harmony allows different areas of your life to lead at different times without anything being left behind. This episode breaks down what harmony really looks like in practice, how to build it intentionally through presence, standards, rhythm, and boundaries, and how to stop leaking energy across every part of your life. If you feel stretched, guilty, or constantly like you are dropping the ball somewhere, this episode will change the way you think about how life is meant to work. Stop chasing balance. Start pursuing harmony.
In Pursuit 014: Your 4 - What Can’t Be Copied, Business Balance, Counting Calories & Key Sleep
EIn this Your 4 episode of In Pursuit, Joseph and Brandon answer four listener questions that sit at the intersection of business, identity, fitness and product building. They dive into what actually can’t be copied in business, the internal operating system, culture, rhythm and standards that separate leaders from followers. Joseph shares how much of that is intentional versus instinctive, and why copying surface-level tactics will never give competitors the same results. They also tackle a hard question many people avoid. How do you go all in on building a business without sacrificing the relationships that matter most? This leads into a grounded conversation on sustainable fat loss and why simple, boring consistency still beats every shortcut. The episode wraps with an update on Key Sleep, what’s coming, what’s changed, and what to expect next. Real questions. Honest answers. Built from experience, not theory.
In Pursuit 013: The Level You Live At | Why Your Standards Decide Your Life
EMost people believe they will rise to the level of their biggest goals. The truth is far less glamorous. You don’t rise to your ambition. You fall to your standards. Every time. In this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph and Brandon break down the brutal gap between what you say you want and what you actually accept in fitness, business, career and relationships. They dive into how excellence erodes slowly when you tell yourself “it’s no big deal,” why justification is the quickest path to mediocrity, and how slipping standards quietly reshape your identity in the wrong direction. They walk through the turning point that changes everything: recognising when your standards sit below your ambition and raising them high enough to match the life you want. This is where identity shifts, where discipline becomes part of who you are and where results finally begin to reflect your potential. If you’re tired of aiming high and landing low, this episode will show you how to lift the level you live at and break through the glass ceiling you have built for yourself. Live higher. Demand more. Raise your standard and watch your life rise to meet it.
012: Your 4 - Losing Yourself In The Grind, AI Priorities, Supplement Industry Truths & Staying Locked In During Fat Loss
EIn this Your 4 episode of In Pursuit, Joseph and Brandon dive deep into four listener questions that cut across business, mindset and fitness. They unpack what happens when you start to lose yourself in the grind, why attaching emotion to your goals changes everything, how to buy back time fast and how to stay disciplined when dieting feels impossible. They also pull back the curtain on the supplement industry, exposing bait and switch tactics and companies pushing their own agendas, while explaining why AI is no longer optional if you want to stay relevant in business. Real lessons. Real stories. Nothing filtered.
011: Imitation vs Innovation — Why Copying Fails And Creativity Wins
EEvery entrepreneur wrestles with the same question: should you copy what already works, or create something new? In this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph pulls back the curtain on the fine line between imitation and innovation. From Apple to Nike to Ghost Lifestyle, he explains how the world’s most successful companies didn’t invent their industries, they innovated on what came before. You’ll learn why copying always keeps you behind, how to turn inspiration into originality, and how to handle it when you’re the one being copied. Plus, we go beyond business to show how this plays out in fitness, relationships, and personal growth. If you want to stop blending in and start standing out, this episode will show you how.
010: Your 4 — Fixing Skinny-Fat, Overcoming Burnout, Inspiring Supplement Companies & Niche Domination

Fitness, mindset, business, and industry lessons—all grounded in real experience.
009: Stay In The Game | Why Endurance Wins
EMost people think success comes down to talent, intelligence, or connections. But the real separator is endurance. The ones who win are the ones who simply refuse to quit when everyone else does. In this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph shares why endurance compounds success in ways talent never can. From 20 years in business to two decades of fitness, he explains why sticking it out long enough transforms everything: your results, your mindset, and ultimately, your life. If you’ve been tempted to quit, this is your reminder to commit, keep chipping away, and stay in the game.
008: Your 4 – Discipline When You’re Drained, Tough Leadership Calls & Why I’ve Avoided Investing In Property
EIn this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph and Brandon return for another Your 4 — the no-BS Q&A segment where real questions meet real answers, backed by experience not theory. They kick things off by unpacking the mindset and habits that have kept Joseph disciplined over the long haul, and why motivation is the last thing he relies on. Then they go deep on what to do when you’re mentally struggling and the gym feels like the last place you want to be, even when you know it would help. From there, they dive into a leadership scenario: should you call out underperformance in a group setting or handle it behind closed doors? Joseph shares exactly how he’s handled both and what builds trust versus what breaks it. And finally, they tackle property. Why hasn’t Joseph invested in real estate yet, despite success in stocks and crypto? It’s not a lack of interest — it’s about strategy, timing, and having a clear lane. Four real questions. Four sharp answers. Nothing held back.
007: A Few Words Worth Replacing
EYour language is your operating system. Most people are running outdated, glitchy code. In this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph dives deep into the power of words and explains why the way you speak, especially to yourself, might be the reason you're stuck. The wrong phrases reinforce victimhood, entitlement, procrastination, and fear. The right ones build clarity, ownership, and momentum. Joseph breaks down 7 of the most common weak phrases people use every day, like “I have to,” “It’s hard,” and “I don’t have time,” and shares stronger replacements that shift mindset and drive real change. This episode is a wake-up call for anyone who wants more out of life but hasn’t realised their vocabulary might be holding them back. Your words don’t just describe your life. They shape it. Replace your language. Rebuild your mindset. Start talking like someone going somewhere.

They also get into whether it’s smarter to build your business using your own money or borrow from the bank, and wrap up with one underrated supplement you should probably be taking, plus a sneak peek at what’s coming next from Key Supplements. Straight talk, real stories, and answers you can actually use.
005: Clear Is Kind - How To Have Difficult Conversations
EIn this episode of In Pursuit, Joseph breaks down one of the most overlooked forms of discipline: the courage to have hard conversations. Whether it’s in business, relationships, or leadership - too many people avoid tough chats out of fear, ego, or the desire to be liked. But dodging those moments comes at a cost: wasted time, eroded trust, built-up resentment, and a slow decline in self-respect. Joseph explores why people shy away from uncomfortable conversations, the damage it causes long-term, and how to approach them with clarity, confidence, and intent. It’s raw, practical, and packed with real strategies you can apply today. Because when it comes to the hard stuff - clear is kind, and unclear is unkind.

Joseph then shares how his view on why juggling the different areas of his life has shifted, why he stepped away from promoting IFBB shows at their peak, and what older lifters need to know about fat loss when the usual methods stop working. More & more input, more & more productivity, more & more effort. But the level keeps dropping. You keep sliding further & further away from your goal. And then you recognize the real problem. There are holes in the bottom of your bucket. They could be big obvious holes, like your business or personal overhead being too high, or a drop in real productivity for the sake of busyness. But more often than not, they are less obvious, and a result of complacency over time. The daily habits that don’t align with your goals that you have allowed to creep in.
