Show Notes
Nebraska is bowl eligible for the first time since 2016 and Iowa is sitting at 7 wins on the season. There might not be major stakes in this year's Heroes Game in Iowa City but each team wants bragging rights in a border rivalry. Iowa is 9-1 in the last ten games but haven't beat the Huskers at Kinnick Stadium since 2021.
Jackson Stratton will start, per Kirk Ferentz on Tuesday, but Cade McNamara and Brendan Sullivan have been practicing. Will either play and what will be the key to beat a Nebraska team that played one of its best games of the season last week.
