In this episode we introduce ourselves and give a little background on why we see a need in the real estate industry for a podcast of encouragement. We both share a love of mentoring agents and wanted the ability to reach a larger audience. Alissa was going on dozens of coffee dates a year to give advice to new and struggling agents and this episode dives into what was talked about in those coffee dates.
