Human Design not a manual with instructions! This week I’m keeping it short, I’m on a meditation retreat so it’s nice to go to the essence of things. The neutrino weather of this week accentuates the necessity to live based on our own knowing, our own experience. We are so easily drawn by the mind to live according to the mandates and the judgments of our Inner Judge so it’s great weather to contemplate that aspect of our mental construct. I also want to remind all of you out there not to take Human Design as a manual of instructions. That would just be a replacement of our inner judge with a more sophisticated one. Human Design is at service of awareness and shows us how it consciousness manifests in form and informs us about its mechanics. It is about seeing those energetic laws and allowing our awareness to come forward thanks to the understanding. It is never about following anything. Do yourself a favor and don’t convert Strategy & Inner Authority into another set of instructions!Thank you for reading Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens. The Neutrino Weather: 3 -9 May Interesting weather for creative expression!
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comThe Neutrino Weather: Interesting weather for creative expression! This week’s weather is great for exploring a non-judgmental in one’s own creative expression. A stance that is intrinsically motivated to express oneself inspiringly. Saturn, by moving into the 22nd, gate will also support this creative energy by helping us to give expression to our Spirit. The heading of the hexagram says: “The basic worth realized in contributing individual efforts to group goals.” From my perspective, the ‘individual efforts’, referred to in the heading, indicate the specific knowing of each individual as opposed to mere willpower. It also highlights ‘group goals’ which is a reference to the collective. This shows us that the hexagram points to the realization of our worth through standing in our individuality, and its inherent ‘cultural’ impact. The learning process that is put forward by this hexagram underscores the value of recognizing the uniqueness of individual expression and the impact it can have on the collective. By appreciating and sharing our individual perspectives, we contribute to the cultural mutation and deepen our understanding of the diverse viewpoints within the collective.Thank you for reading Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens. This post is public so feel free to share it.The hexagram’s drawing – The Abyss (Water) over The Receptive (Earth) – symbolizes a deep commitment to the intelligence and uniqueness of our bodies, emphasizing the need to express our individuality authentically. When water is poured on the earth, we open the door to unique contributions. When our individuality is brought forward, we open the door to inspiring the collective. When we approach this coding through the Mind…When the mind takes hold of the Throat Centre, a sense of apprehension arises regarding the expression of our true identity. The mind tends to adopt a melancholic and disempowered stance concerning the fear of not being acknowledged or not receiving attention. As adults, a personal journey, or inner process, is required to recognize and embrace our inherent value. Often, there is a fear of presenting our authentic self to the collective and a tendency to avoid taking a stance as an empowered individual. This fear creates challenges in fully stepping into our creative authenticity. The mind introduces a substitute for creative expression, manifesting as a binary oscillation between a mediocre, disempowered form of self-expression, and a more extroverted but seemingly insincere expression. This dynamic hinders the emergence of a genuine pulse of individuality, preventing us from expressing our unique contribution to life. When we approach the coding with Awareness…Here, thanks to our witnessing of the mind, we see that our empowered individual stance allows for the emergence of a creative and inspiring contribution. As individuals, by embodying an awakened and empowered vitality, we can serve as inspiring agents for change in the world. The flame of empowerment has the potential to spread from one individual to another, creating a transformative ripple effect.Human Design, in its essence, is a tool that supports individual transformation. It recognizes that broader societal change begins with the empowered expressions of individuals. By understanding and aligning with our unique designs, we can contribute authentically to the collective, fostering a more empowered and harmonious existence for all. The weather supports us to put our awareness into form. This is an opportunity for us to engage deeply with your unique energetic blueprint, fostering transformative insights and profound growth.Reflection of the week: “The end of the Quarter of Initiation.”We are entering into the last week of the quarter of initiation. The fecundity of individual potential is being imprinted through the position of the sun in the 27 and later in the 24th gate. It is about mind transforming itself through experiencing form and seeing that the best teacher is life itself. This week, the 24th gate in the Ajna Centre provides us with the capacity to bring a unique insight into form, to embody our awareness, and to potentially enjoy the spaciousness and silence that is inherent in the Ajna Centre. The hexagram’s heading emphasizes ‘transformation and renewal’, which highlights the significance of awareness in facilitating a shift from one state of consciousness to another. Thank you for reading Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens. This post is public so feel free to share it.The hexagram’s drawing - The Receptive (Earth) over Thunder – depicts the idea of thunder coming down to the earth, symbolizing a moment of change or a turning point. A stable and grounded situation (Earth) is shaken or stirred by a dynamic force (Thunder) which suggests transformation and renewal. What happens when we approach the Coding Mentally? In the Ajna Centre the mind pretends to be mentally certain. This pretence is driven by an underlying feeling of loss of contact with Origin, Being, Consciousness. This energetic outlet of the Ajna Centre reminds me of Einstein saying: “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them."However, here the mind resists in letting go into the void, into silence and surrender, depicted by the five yin lines on a line of Spirit. Instead of embracing the natural and spontaneous process of renewal and transformation, the mind clings to familiar thinking and pretends certainty. This reluctance to face the unknown and the anxiety it creates hinders the experience of the void, which precedes a shift in awareness. The mind’s dualistic nature swings between accelerating our mental thought processes – triggered by anxiety in the face of the void – and freezing our thought processes. Both positions are two sides of the same coin that pretends mental certainty.Awareness and renewal occur beyond the confines of the mind, when we drop mental chatter, or defensiveness, and embrace a meditative stance. What happens when we approach the Coding with Awareness? The natural and spontaneous process of transformation and renewal transcends the realm of ‘mind.’ This process involves navigating the gap between old neurological pathways and the creation of new ones, which serves as a bridge to a different state of awareness. The act of contemplation can spark inspiration, leading to a shift in consciousness. In Osho's words, the essence lies not in the spoken words but in the gap between them: “Don’t pay too much attention to what I say. The words are like two banks of the river, the banks are not the river – don’t get attached to the banks. They won’t quench your thirst. Forget the banks; just look in between. The gap, the silence between the words is the river. That’s what I am trying to convey to you.” (Osho, The True Sage, Ch2, Q1)Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens is a reader-supported publication. Reflection on Manifestors. Neutrino Weather April 19-25. Jack Nicholson
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comThe Neutrino weather for April 19th till 25thThis week offers us an opportunity to start reflection on the important changes that took place in the sky and are continuing to influence us: the movement of Pluto, Neptune and the conjunction between Jupiter and Uranus. Reflection of the Week: Manifestors!Manifestor types make up about nine percent of the human population. They have the potential to express energy in its rawest form. In terms of the Bodygraph, this can be seen in their relation to the motorized energy hubs: the Solar Plexus, the Heart/Ego and the Root. The Manifestor has an open Sacral Centre and, in addition, the capacity to bring one or more of these motorized energy hubs to manifestation in the Throat Centre through a direct, or indirect, linkage between them. In a Manifestor type, there is a doing, a capacity for action, that is in essence more direct than the Generator or Manifesting Generator type because the other three motors are not subject to the inhibiting response mechanism that characterizes the Sacral centre. The Manifestor type is therefore more impactful on its surroundings and invests the individual with an energy field that is closed in itself and ‘pushes’ others away. This is life’s way of assisting the natural orientation of this life force, geared towards manifestation and metabolization in the Throat Centre. Ra referred to it as “a repelling aura”.When we look at the inherent qualities of the three motors that can define a Manifestor type, we get more insight into the orientation of this life force. The Root Centre is oriented towards a joyful and calm anchoring in life. The Ego Centre holds the power of heart coherence that comes from a deep ‘yes’ to a loving existence, allowing us to adapt to life’s challenges so that consciousness can flower. And the Solar Plexus is an information field that contributes to making us aware of the vast interconnectedness of life and the Spirit with which it is imbued. This shows us how the orientation of the Manifestor life force is towards ‘peace’: a peaceful manifestation of their energy and the pleasure and relaxation that accompany it. The key to attaining peace is their acknowledgment of their impact and their considering of others. An impactful display of energy unavoidably awakens resistance in other people within their field of activity. But things don’t necessarily have to happen in a way that creates resistance to their impactful stance in life. Their natural inclination towards the qualities of the three motors and particularly towards the awareness of the interrelatedness of life, helps them understand the need for informing others in their lives. Informing people within their field about their true intentions can reduce resistance and allow a Manifestor a more peaceful display of their energy. So, accompanying their energetic display with ‘information’ and the consideration of their impact on others shows people within their field that they are being considered, which reduces resistance and the tendency in others to try and control the Manifestor type. It thus softens or avoids a possible backlash which will obstruct their peaceful orientation. For the Manifestor type, getting lost in repetitive ‘doing’ instead of impactfully manifesting in tune with their life force can be a draining experience. Given their Sacral receptivity, they are designed to observe how their mind can trick them into not knowing when enough is enough. Not seeing this tends to lock them into a ‘doing’ frenzy that is not in resonance with the orientation of their life force. In terms of the other side of conditioning, Sacral receptivity can also suck vitality out of their life force, bringing about a feeling of energetic implosion where their true impact is rarely accessed or experienced. When a Manifestor does not live in tune with the impactful orientation of their life force and the accompanying information strategy, it creates a resistance field that awakens anger. Anger can be a tool for learning about themselves and serve as an alchemical force for growth in awareness. It is a strength, in disguise, that can bring them to their natural orientation towards peace.Jack Nicholson is celebrating his 87th birthday

The Enigmatic Dance of Pluto and Human Design's Genesis
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comThe Neutrino WeatherThis week’s neutrino weather brings forward Pluto’s movement into the 41st gate, the Initiating Codon within our human energetic architecture. We are moving towards new horizons…Reflection of the week: translation of a Spanish newspaper article from February 19th 2002 interviewing Ra Uru HuI’m spending the week in Barcelona with my partner and while hanging around in the coffee bars in the city I got reminded of the widespread ‘tradition’ Catalans have to read the last page of the very popular newspaper “La Vanguardia”. They do so because the last page describes an interesting person that catches the attention. I was reminded that the day after I got my first analysis of my Human Design Bodygraph here in Barcelona, Ra appeared on that very last page of La Vanguardia. In memory of those ‘early days’ in Human Design, I’m translating the article for you. Here it goes… For now, this is the third character that I have news of who has lived up a tree. I fell in love with the first one; of course, he was a fiction: it is “The Baron Rampant”, by Italo Calvino. The second was an environmental activist, and the third is this man who, alienated, left his home in Montreal, went to Ibiza and lived in a tree for a year until a vision revealed to him how we behave and on what basis: Human Design, which draws human archetypes that express the biogenetic patterns stamped inside each cell of our body. Now he has come down from the tree and has created institutes all over the world and lives comfortably from it. Another smoke seller or is there some truth?Who knows...“My house was a chair on a tree”I am 53 years old. I was born in Montreal (Canada) and live in Germany. I am married for the fourth time and have three children. I studied Physics, but I have been many things. I am conservative economically and liberal in life. I consider the universe an organism in formation. I give a seminar on Human Design at the ‘El Coll’ civic centre in Barcelona.Since when is your name Ra? – I was born with the name Robert Alen. But in 1983 I disappearedWhat do you mean ‘you disappeared?’– Yes, one day, without talking to anyone, without packing my bags, I disappeared and for nine years no one knew about me, to the point that I was declared dead.Did you have a family?– I was 35 years old, I was divorced and at the time I had a daughter. I was a producer of rock groups, a cultured and sophisticated man.And where did you go?– To Ibiza. While there in a bar I met a person who asked me what my name was and I told him it was ‘Ra’.Yes, but couldn't you have called on the phone and said, “I'm leaving”?– What was happening to me was not normal, I did not decide it voluntarily, it was like a kind of madness and when I appeared in Ibiza I began to distance myself from my previous life and become a savage. How wild?– For a year my house was a chair that I had placed on a tree. But at the same time I taught mathematics, history and French.Being a madman who lived in a tree?– The classes worked, the students learned, and I enjoyed the landscape and the stars on top of my tree; so I probably wasn’t be that crazy if things worked out. I realized that I was starting a new path and that I started relating to the world in a different way. What do you mean?– After two years I stopped working and lived without any money, roaming the hills of Ibiza, like a wild cat. But I didn't think about it, I just let myself go. That's when a friend offered me a dilapidated house. And you didn't hesitate to settle in, I suppose?– No, and there I lived a very curious experience: for eight days I fell into a trance and was penetrated by a presence that taught me something of immense value. What is it about?– It is about Human Design. I assure you that I was an atheist and a sceptic, but the revelation was so incredibly logical...What does the theory consist of?– There are four types or genetic models, human archetypes that express the biogenetic patterns that have been stamped inside each cell of our body at the moment of birth and at another prenatal moment. And?–These archetypes determine our optimal behaviour, our relationships, health, sexuality and even the way we sleep, dream and breathe. Knowing what type you belong to, how and why you act in a certain way, and acting accordingly to that genetic imprint, is the way to live properly.A kind of horoscope passed through science and mixed with neutrinos?– At the University of California, a statistical study was carried out: four samples of more than 5,000 people, and they concluded that these four prototypes exist independently of race, sex or any cultural parameter. What are those archetypes?– The first division is between energetic and non-energetic. And within the energetic ones we have the Manifestors and the Generators. Manifestors are those individuals who are designed to act without asking and who get into a

Eclipse Insights, Neptune's Shift & Ra Uru Hu's Design: Your Guide to Navigating the Neutrino Weather (5 - 11 April 2024)
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comThe Neutrino Weather 5 - 11 April 2024This week the neutrinos are clicking into different gears. We have a Solar Eclipse coming up on Monday in the 51st gate in the Heart Centre, we still have quite a lot of melancholic positionings forming definition and later in the week Neptune is moving into the 25th gate in the G centre. In this video I’m sharing my musings on this week’s weather with you… enjoy!Reflection of the weekThis week’s Solar Eclipse will take place in Gate 51 of the Heart Centre. It is where we find the strength to adapt and face the unexpectedness of life. It is a gate of competitiveness that imbues our heart with a warrior-like quality that imbues our heart with courage. The heading speaks of ‘the ability to respond to disorder and shock through recognition and adaptation’ which is a matter of willingness emerging from our hearts and reminds us of the saying ‘Where there is a will there is a way!’ The hexagram’s drawing – Thunder over Thunder – symbolizes thunder echoing through the sky, creating a powerful and dynamic energy. Stagnant energies are jolted into motion and a wake-up call brings both opportunities and challenges. It represents the energy of shock. When we approach the Heart Centre through the mind, the process of losing contact with our essential nature results in a belief that we are not inherently lovable, valuable, significant, meaningful, or worthwhile. This belief then prompts the mind to engage in various behaviours to prove oneself, often leading to a competitive or defeatist mindsets. Here, the mind creates a form around our ability to respond to disorder and shock. This can involve exaggerating, proving, or underplaying one’s wilfulness in responding to the challenges of life. The mind’s binary oscillates between extremes such as ‘with everyone but me’ or its opposite, ‘whatever you say’ taking on a competitive or non-competitive stance. One side can manifest as more intimidating, while the other side may look more cowardly. Given the individual nature of this minor circuit we can see the melancholic, disempowered stance of the mind revolving around a lack of excitement. Osho reminds us how this competitive mindset arising from the mental survival agenda results in suffering and misery: “If you look at your life, if you watch closely, you will see what a fool you are, what a jerk you are! To live without meditation is to be foolish because whatsoever you do then is going to be wrong. You cannot do right without meditation because right only grows in the soil of meditation. In the soil of the mind’s ambitions, desires arise. And when there is ambition there is competition, and when there is competition, you are not a friend to others. You are an enemy and others are your enemies. The competitive mind lives in an inimical way, lives in hatred, lives in jealousy, its whole function is out of jealousy. And because of this kind of life man suffers, he remains in misery. Only one who has started living from the centre, who enters into one’s own subjectivity in deep silence, will have happiness showering on him.” (Osho, The Dhammapada, The Way of the Buddha, Chapter 7)Another psychological and emotional consequence of a mental approach to dealing with the challenges of life highlights the potential for disassociation, or shock, instead of adaptative responses. Such a disconnect from one’s essential nature can hinder an effective coping with life’s situations and undermines emotional connection. Approached with awareness, though, this energetic outlet is not about a competitive mindset but rather about aligning our intelligence with Existence and creating through it. It is about our creative genius and the positive and constructive use of our unique life force to respond and adapt. It is the courage to stand up for our uniqueness and its intelligence. It is the courage to be exactly what our consciousness guides us to be. So, this week, on Monday, let’s take the time to contemplate on this positioning of the Sun and Moon in the fifth line of the 51st gate and take the opportunity to tap into our creative and adaptative genius! An 8-module online Course in Spanish starting on April 23rd In this link you will find the course program and at the end there is a link to enroll. The Design of Ra Uru Hu

Reflection of the week: The Channel of Mutation: ‘A Design of Energy that Fluctuates and Initiates.’

Only 8 spots available for active participants.Reflection of the week: The Channel of Mutation: ‘A Design of Energy that Fluctuates and Initiates.’Let’s start with gate 60, the gate of limitation: In the energetic outlet of gate 60 in the Root Centre, we find the pulsing pressure to mutate. It manifests as power bursts rather than sustained flows because knowing, is ‘there’ and then ‘it is not.’ It is in the ‘space’ between the notes where mutation takes place. Acceptance of limitation is the heart of the mutative process. If not, there is a possibility that this energy manifests as a form of chronic depression such as the neutrino weather of this week highlights! It is interesting to note that acceptance is what it is and doesn’t involve some sort of process-based development. One either does or doesn’t accept. Gratitude, which I find an incredible force, opens the doors to acceptance of what is. The hexagram’s drawing - The Abysmal over Lake – illustrates a deep ‘saying yes’ to the challenges and stimulations of life and represents acceptance as the first step in transcendence. When we approach this coding mentally, we create a ‘pressure form’ that reflects a struggle against perceived constraints, leading to a sense of restrictedness. In its pursuit of freedom, the mind resists acknowledging certain limitations that are fundamental to our experience. The mind never thinks it has any limitations while limitations are indispensable and intrinsic to life. This can bring about a melancholic frequency of wanting to get out of something but feeling one is stuck and has nowhere to go or, on the contrary, not wanting to get out of something by not being willing to acknowledge the limitation of it. The binary of the mind thus ranges between wanting to get rid of limitations and holding onto limitations at all costs. Our individual life spark, though, is unique. In that sense, it is our limitation. Therefore, this mental positioning doesn’t allow a proper grounding of who we are. And if we can’t ground ourselves in our uniqueness, the doors to a deeper connection with the vast, interconnected fabric of life don’t open. When we learn to witness the mind’s stance regarding the acceptance of limitation, the importance of harmonic energy comes into play. Harmony between acceptance and challenge. This tuning allows for a synchronization of challenge and acceptance, creating a synthesis that fosters growth, creativity and transcendence. Acceptance is not a passive surrender but an active process of embracing limitations while maintaining a commitment to overcome inefficiencies. Human Design points out that our individuality is inherently efficient. Recognizing the efficiency within our uniqueness allows us to navigate the challenges of life without falling into a state of tension or rigidity. Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.Let’s now look at the 3rd gate: In this energetic outlet of the Sacral Centre, we find the energy to begin something, to give expression to a unique pulse of life. It needs to transcend confusion in that process and establish a new and unique order. The hexagram’s drawing - The Abysmal (Water) over Thunder – illustrates a deep commitment to our adaptational capacities which represents ‘ordering.’ When we approach this coding mentally, we lose contact with the organic unity of life leading to a feeling of separateness from Existence. Here, the mind identifies with confusion and sets the stage for a binary that either involves withholding and stepping into oneself in an empowering way or getting swept away by chaos and disorder. This binary accentuates a separative stance, contributing to a state of chaos and inefficiency rather that establishing a unique order. Instead of trusting our Being and its inherent intelligence for knowing and order, we solely rely on the mind which leads to confusion and knowledge instead of unique experiencing and knowing. When we learn to approach the Sacral Centre with awareness, it shows us that the door to interconnectedness lies in the embrace of our own differentiation and uniqueness. In the context of this energetic outlet talking about transcending confusion and establishing order, it is interesting to mention a Sufi technique called “the technique of confusion.” This technique invites one to be so totally confused that nothing of knowledge remains, that everything one knows is uprooted which leads to emptiness and darkness. Confusion is an expression of our attachment to knowledge. When all kn

Explore the Synergy of Human Design and Psychotherapy. Neutrino Weather 22-28 March. Review of Wilhelm Reich, a role model of healing
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comReflection of the week… Valuing the enormous potential in a co-seeding between Human Design and Psychotherapy. This weekend the Sun/Earth axis is moving into the left angle Cross of Healing and under this neutrino weather, I would like to share with you the design of an extraordinary contributor to the healing of our human spirit, Wilhelm Reich, and share some reflections on the bringing these two worlds together. Reich did extraordinary investigations into the nature and function of orgasm, delved deep into the pulse energy of life (channel 3-60) through studying amoebas and extrapolating his investigations on his understanding of our human energetic nature in terms of the contraction/expansion of our cells and our energetic. His work has contributed tremendously to my understanding of the Human Design Bodygraph. Reich also put forward an extraordinary and sometimes revolutionary understanding about the stages of childhood development, our potential fixations when we transit them and how such character fixation is ultimately anchored in the muscular armouring of our bodies. Our muscular armouring is the reflection of our mental defences in our physical body and it is very revealing to notice from a Human Design perspective that two people with similar charts can have very different muscular armouring and underlaying character structure. ‘Character’ is a crucial and important aspect in psychotherapy. It is shaped through the process of adaptation to social environment and educational circumstances. This adaptation is recorded within the muscular structure of our bodies as our response to cognitive, emotional, and behavioural conditioning. As we have a strong survival-oriented tendency to conform to the prevailing social rules and customs of our community and culture, this conformity – or ‘homogenization’ as Ra called it – plays a significant role in the formation of our character.Character is not an inherent trait but rather a result of continuous interactions with our social environment. This highlights the dynamic nature of human personality and the potential for growth and change through therapeutic interventions. Both nature and nurture, or inherent traits and environmental influences, contribute to shaping an individual's character, and recognizing this duality can lead to a more holistic understanding of human development and behaviour.Therapists often work with individuals to explore and understand their character traits, patterns, and behaviours. By examining how social conditioning and environmental influences have shaped their character, their clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and this self-awareness can be a crucial aspect of their therapeutic process.Human Design can offer significant insights into the understanding of character formation through our individual Bodygraphs. It is in our Bodygraphs that we find the energetic architecture of our inherent traits laid out in the definition of our design. It is here, too, that we see the architecture underlying our mental stance in life, laid out in the aspects that stay ‘open’ or ‘white’ in our Bodygraph. It is the combination of these, as well as the environmental conditions and educational circumstances, that ultimately leads to the formation of our character. A person’s character can therefore not be detected from their Bodygraph. In the openness of our design, we can pinpoint the energetic architecture of our mental body, but how that mental body, in combination with our essence, crystallizes into a specific character is dependent on environmental factors. Two similar Bodygraphs can result in totally different character formations. This is where Human Design and psychotherapy can support each other. Psychotherapy has a long history of working with character and has many tools for its exploration. They are at service of a process of unlearning, of lovingly observing one’s old behaviour patterns and disassociating from them. Lovingly, because in the first place we installed these patterns to protect ourselves from pain and anxiety. Human Design, on the other hand, offers deep insights into an individual’s inherent traits and the intelligence that sustains it, while showing us how our mind builds its specific defence mechanisms. Human Design provides us with insights in the underlying energetic mechanisms of our essence as well as our mental body, leading to the formation of character. From my perspective, a co-seeding between the world of therapy and the world of Human Design can offer much value to both sides. If we offer Human Design analysis without taking the client’s character formation into account, we may not do as a good of a job as we think or feel because without knowing it our service can re-accentuate certain defensive stances our clients. Additionally, thanks to the experiential orientation of the world of

To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comReflection of the week… The sun is entering the gate of Universal Love!Between Monday and Tuesday, the sun is entering the gate of Innocence – The gate of the spirit of the self. This energetic outlet of the G Centre imbues us with a unique spirit and an intrinsic innocence, an awe and wonder. The hexagram shows us how coming to the perfection of action, of being, is a life-long journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It points us to learning to act without a specific motive, being centred in the present moment, and dedicated to the here and now. This implies cultivating a state of innocent action, detached from the desire for specific outcomes, and maintaining it regardless of the circumstances. Innocent action does not mean that things will necessarily turn out positively. It is about the purity and authenticity of the action itself. There may be times when this innocence saps our vitality and then we are faced with the need for self-awareness and the ability to come back to ourselves for healing. Due to our mental approach of the G Centre, we lose connection with being a unique expression of Love, undivided from Existence. Instead, we come to feel like independent operatives, separate from the interconnected web of Existence. This estranged sense of self imbues the mind with a self-image to which it clings. The Buddha emphasized the absence of an individual self. Instead, there is ‘isness’ or ‘GOD’ as the ancient Hebrews called it, standing for “that (G) which (O) is (D).” As children, when we are not allowed to be ourselves, we soon lose contact with our ‘isness’, our natural state. We lose contact with our uncontrived and spontaneous nature. This loss leads to the creation of a personality that either conforms or rebels as a form of self-protection. We create masks as a response to the suffering and pain from losing contact with our inner essence. They serve as protective layers to navigate societal expectations. Clarity Through Design - You are invited to gain insights on any situation you might have through my reflections on it based on your Human Design chart - next Thursday, 21 March from 18:00 CET Check all the details and sign-up hereThe mind interferes with the ‘isness’ or perfection of being by disrupting the spontaneity and uncontrived nature of our life spark. Its disempowered melancholic stance revolves around a feeling of insignificance that makes the mind oscillate between an unwillingness and an inability to own the wound of Self. Both stances contribute to a form of blindness in Love. The blindness of love, created by the mind, can transform into acceptance when we become aware of our constructs of self in the face of love. When we see and become aware of something, we are no longer identified with it. This allows for a shift in perspective. Here, it can allow us to come in contact again with the childlike nature of our innocence. Osho reminds us of one of the most significant statements from Buddha that says:“Look into your heart, follow your nature.” He comments on it saying: “He is giving you courage, encouragement, to follow your own nature. He wants you to be brave enough to listen to your own heart and go accordingly. ‘Follow your nature’ means flow with yourself. You are the scripture… and hidden deep down within you is a still, small voice. If you become silent you will be guided from there.” (Osho, The Dhammapada, Vol1, Ch3)The small voice he is referring to is the intelligence Human Design encapsulates as ‘strategy and inner authority’ which enables us to align with our innocence. But it’s such a jump in understanding that it is likely to meet strong resistance and may never break through the walls of academic thinking. The fact that Human Design is a synthesis, merging elements from worlds that are esoteric as well as scientific is an obvious hindrance. We have difficulty acknowledging that real synthesis is in fact a transcendence of the constituents. Another obvious problem is that modern science regards itself as objective, whereas Human Design, like all mystical paths, knows that the realization of consciousness is purely subjective. It is an internal and individual experience. Ra once said that the awakening of our witnessing consciousness is ‘our human glory’ exactly because it’s such a one-person-at-a-time endeavour. So given that Human Design points to an inner path that we all have to walk alone and, in this sense, is an art of living, my intention is to highlight the value this information can have in the context of psychotherapy which is both an art and a human science that is person-centred. My experience has also brought me to the understanding that there is a two-way stream in this perspective. Human Design can learn a lot from the world of psychotherapy and its know-how regarding the inner processes of transformation and, vice-versa, it can offer psychotherapy with an essence-centred approach. When I got introduced to Human Design more than 20 years ago, it was brought to me through an individual analysis of my personal Bodygraph. There was no accompanying process that offered an exploration of the information other than living one’s daily life. It was just a powerful transmission of information, and the message and encouragement accompanying the analysis was: “Don’t believe anything I say, experiment with your Strategy and Inner Authority by yourself, and observe the ‘not-self’ strategies of your mind in all the openness of your chart.” No further assistance was offered. My inner observation is that I came to Human Design in a state that I would describe as ‘normally neurotic’. In other words, as someone who might pass for normal in daily life, but who carries within himself all kinds of old baggage, manifesting as protective, as well as addictive, patterns of behaviour that are no longer necessary, but which still hang around me. In a way, I was rather like a knight in armour who had forgotten that the war was over and that it was now safe to take off his protective metal layers.Anybody coming in touch with the teachings of Human Design is encouraged to experiment with them not just intellectually but in ‘real life’. Ra accentuated the importance of it. I once saw him bang the table while waving a Human Design chart in the air and shouting “It’s just a piece of paper!” In other words, he strongly encouraged us to experiment with our body intelligence, with our strategy and inner authority, while disassociating from the ‘not-self’ strategies of the mind. Ra also reminded us regularly that he himself had a design that was imbued with self-empowering investigative

Neutrino Weather 1-7 March 2024. Tune In to the Art of Listening: Embrace the 13th Gate's Wisdom This Week
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comReflection of the weekThis week I would like to share some reflections on the 13th gate in the G center. The 13 gate will be present in the neutrino weather of this coming week. It is also Bob Marley’s incarnation sun; in the subscription part of this newsletter, we’re having a closer look at his design. The 13th gate imbues our individuality, our Higher Self, with its openness in interaction. It is referred to as the Gate of “The Listener”. True listening requires forgetting ourselves and involves our whole being. It is not just an acoustic endeavor. When we are too self-conscious, or preoccupied with our own thoughts, we hinder our ability to truly listen. As the hexagram points out, listening is a life-long process. It requires us to be empathic, aware that mistakes are part of life. In listening, we must also learn not to lose ourselves in the other but ‘be there’ in a way that is practical, trusting that listening reinforces our interconnectedness. The heading talks about “universal ideas and values inspiring human cooperation.” The work of Yuval Harari allowed me to understand this as the “web of meaning” into which we are all born. In a nutshell, it represents the framework of conditioning we inherit from our ancestors, the past into which we are born. It should also be noted that humanity struggles considerably with conceiving of itself as one family, so the “human cooperation” the heading talks about is still a shallow reality. What happens when we approach the 13th gate with the mind…Our unique life spark is an expression of Love in Movement. In the G Centre, the mind identifies with concepts of self and gets entangled in representations of love and yearnings for direction. Here the mind fixes what the heading refers to as “universal ideas and values in an ordered framework.” The mind confines and conditions the openness of our Being in interaction with others. It measures it against a framework of specific ideas and values, not universal ones. It puts in place and holds onto specific “webs of meaning” that restrict our capacity to truly listen. Listening requires a non-judgmental stance and that can only be offered through being a witness, a choiceless consciousness, not through the mind. When the Sensing Circuit is approached through the mind, history repeats and the evolution of consciousness stagnates. If we do not want to stay stuck in repeating the past, we are invited to witness our attachments in the present and break free from social, cultural and personal conditionings. That is when the doors to human cooperation open. What happens when awareness enters…Listening is about awareness and brings us in touch with our individuality, our uniqueness. The hexagram points to the inspiration of humanistic cooperation thanks to the ordering of universal ideas and values in a framework. Human Design is such an ordering and framework because it orders our individual potential and inspires our door to awareness. Here are some words of Osho that remind us of the wonder of listening: “The object is irrelevant. Only the subjectivity is relevant. Whether listening to me, or listening to a flute player, or listening to the birds in the morning, or sitting by the side of a waterfall and listening to it, the same experience can happen. It happens not from what you listen to, it happens because you listen. Just listening gives you a total silence; in deep listening, you disappear. The whole art is how to listen.” (Osho, Come Follow to you, Vol 3, Ch10, Q2)The neutrino weatherThis week’s neutrino weather carries a potential for false propaganda being upheld in order to accentuate an individual stance based on the aggrandizement of the ego while immature as far as the universal ideas and values that can bind us together as a species. While we can see the program taking shape and form around us, we can also sail neutrino oceans with awareness. Some Reflections on Bob Marley’s Design

The Neutrino Weather 23-29 February & Chomsky's Design Unveiled
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.comIn today’s reflection on Human Design, I would like to delve a little deeper into one of the astonishing assertions that its cosmology puts forward. Some of Human Design’s cosmology is based on astrophysical facts that were not verified, or even considered possible, back in 1987, when Ra first conceived, or received, the Human Design system. A quintessential aspect of the cosmology is the following one:“Neutrinos are particles freed in nuclear reactions in stars and have mass.” Neutrinos are important in Human Design cosmology in the sense that they are held to be the operating agent through which we are imprinted by our solar system and the surrounding stellar field, and through which we ourselves are equally imprinting the universe. In other words, neutrinos are the operating agent in our interconnectedness. Tens of trillions of neutrinos from the sun are streaming through our bodies every second, but they are so small we cannot feel them. However, it’s not only the sun and other atomic entities that produce them. Even bananas generate neutrinos – they come from the natural radioactivity of the potassium in the fruit.Initially, the Human Design idea of neutrinos acting as agents seemed implausible since scientists declared that this tiny particle was without mass. So, one might ask: “How can something with no mass carry any kind of data or information?” It has only been more recently that physicists have reversed their position after discovering that neutrinos do have mass.In Human Design, it is held that these tiny particles, which pass through our bodies every second, carry frequencies coming from our solar system and imprint us with them and, conversely, pick up our frequency to imprint the universe. They guarantee that our existence really matters to the universe. We are not accidentally ‘herenow,’ on the contrary, we are existentially essential to the Totality. Although it seems to us that there are vast distances of apparently empty space between planets, stars, and other heavenly bodies, it is really a dynamic matrix that is very much alive and buzzing, filled with information moving nearly at the speed of light. My sharing of the neutrino weather with you is a contribution that can allow you to recognize how these tiny particles influence your day-to-day reality. Our navigation of this vast information field according to our unique in-build intelligence laid out in our Bodygraph can either contribute to our unfolding process of awareness or it can entangle us in such a way that it becomes difficult to recognize where we start, and information field begins. Launching Weekly Neutrino Weather: A Journey Through Cosmic Energies | 16-23 February 2024
A Weekly Reflection on Human Design… Most of us assume we live ‘on’ Planet Earth and, in this way, we have ‘our life’ on it. But really it is the other way around: the Earth lives inside of us, we are from it, we are aspects of life, not owners of it. There is an intelligence residing in the depths of Mother Earth that sits in each one of us, and, indeed, in all other manifestations of life, for as long as life sustains us. The Human Design approach to self-understanding is about learning to live in tune with this intelligence, honoring it, and nurturing it respectfully. It offers a sharp lens, a clear perspective, on the workings and intelligence of our individual life spark. Human Design shows us that the greatest potential we can fulfill during our lifetime is to bring more and more awareness to our experience of daily life as we live it, learning to accept and honor life as a gift. It also helps us appreciate and respect the differences between all of us. It shows us how we are incomparable to one another, and each of us has a role to play in a greater process. Thank you for reading Reflector's Reflections with Dirk Nellens. This post is public so feel free to share it.The weekly neutrino weather for you…Neutrinos are important in Human Design cosmology in the sense that they are held to be the operating agent through which we are imprinted by our solar system and the surrounding stellar field, and through which we ourselves are equally imprinting the universe. It is my pleasure to introduce you here to the neutrino weather of the week. As we all know, we are not designed to be victims of the weather. We’re here to stand in it as ourselves and as is the case with agriculture, for example, we’re even here to take advantage of it. In terms of Human Design, that means enriching our awareness through it. We can learn to see how it impacts us and differentiate from it by staying honed in ourselves.
