When you have been diagnosed with BPD, you probably have a pretty good library of things you have said and done that you think are pretty unacceptable. Maybe you've thought it or even other people in your life have said it. I too have done and said things that I have come to regret, but I have learned that the secret to changing unacceptable behavior is to stop focusing on the unacceptable behavior.
