A lot of us believe that our disorder is the reason why our life is not exactly what we want it to be.  I know I used to really feel that way.  But the truth is, there are a lot of women out there with a lot of different disorders.  There's the common ones like ADD, ADHD, Depression & Anxiety.  But there is also BPD, OCD and disorders like Epilepsy.

We think if we were different we wouldn't have to feel so damn bad about ourselves all of the time.  But it turns out that is not true at all.  The truth is, we can feel better RIGHT NOW if we change our perspective.  Take a listen and let me know what you think.
