So often we are "mad" at our brain and "mad" at our body for how they are looking and preforming. And it can seem like this is a useful way to go about it, except that all it tends to create is shame and worry. Nothing good comes from shame and worry.
Befriending your brain and befriending your body will change your relationship with yourself. Instead of constantly chasing motivation, you will be inspired to live the way you want to be living.
